Spaces are Gardens

Whether you’re playing in a custom lobby or chatting in a Discord, how we interact in those spaces determine whether those spaces become healthy or not. We believe that wherever we go, we want to be a blessing to the spaces that we find ourselves in, knowing that our words & actions shape the culture of those spaces. If we want competitive esports to be a healthy place to be, that starts with each and every one of us. Here’s to greener grass, right where we are.

Diversity Knits Us Together

We recognize and celebrate the differences that make us unique, valuable, and worthy of love - just as we are. No difference in ability, race, religion, ability, or age will undermine the respect and dignity that is due to all people. There’s a little monster in all of us, and we hope to help you to grow into a bigger one.

Humility & Hard Work

Healthy humility recognizes the limitations of what we can do, and should also grow in us a confidence in what we can do. Knowing that, we keep a finger on the pulse of the “seasons” - knowing that there is a time and a place for everything; a time to work extra hard, a time to rest, and even times for fun and play. When it’s time to work, we work with all that we have - and don’t burn ourselves out, knowing the times, the seasons, and what we’re capable of doing. We do what we can, with what we have.

(Healthy) Competition Grows Community

With hard work, diversity, and the acknowledgement that we can have a positive change in the spaces we find ourselves in, we recognize that working together towards a goal is one of the many key ways that communities can grow. We hope that kaiju corp is a place where you can blossom into the monster you were meant to be.
